⛏️ Crypto miner Coinmint has filed a lawsuit against semiconductor companies Katena Computing and DX Corr, alleging an "elaborate deception" that led to a $150 million purchase agreement. Coinmint seeks over $23 million in damages for fraud, breach of contract, and fiduciary duty. Katena is in binding arbitration for breach of contract. Coinmint has a history of litigation and regulatory issues.

🪙 ARPA, the token for the ARPA Network protocol, has experienced a significant surge in value, reaching its highest level since February 2022. With a 100% increase this week and around 320% for the year, ARPA has become one of the top trending coins.
